By default, it exports a PNG with a transparent background, which can be overlaid on documents, contracts, or images. If you need a white background, simply uncheck 'Transparent Background'.

Can I sign on a mobile phone?

Yes. The tool supports touch drawing; just write with your finger in the signature area, and the export method is the same as on desktop.
